Great! Meaco DD8L dehumidifier, very efficient. Delivery within 3 days and quick response to my email for information.

Could do better. The products are satisfactory but the delivery charges are very excessive. I ordered filters and delivery cost me almost half the price of the filters. That's too much!

Disappointed. The test went well but there was no added value from the site in terms of advice. No deciphering of the test result. I sent an email with no response. EM

Cordial and serious after-sales service. Air Naturel replaced my dehumidifier's electric transformer free of charge (except for shipping costs... normal!) two and a half years after purchase, out of warranty, on simple request by e-mail. That's very good business on their part, and I'd like to thank them.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SERIOUS COMPANY. I had an excellent contact with AIR NATUREL, with very clear advice and explanations for the problem to be solved (humidity level too low in a wine cellar). My choice of equipment was based on technical rather than financial considerations. Once I'd been advised which equipment was best suited to my needs, I ordered it over the Internet, and it was delivered on schedule. After commissioning the equipment and running it for a few days, the results were just what I needed. I recommend this company for its reliability.

Wrong humidity measurement. A fine device, which would be perfect, if the humidity measurements it transmits, and therefore takes into account for its operation, weren't 10 to 12% higher than reality. For example, this one indicates 50% humidity when in reality it's only 37 to 40% (measured by several other devices), which means that in auto mode it doesn't work, as this mode is only triggered below 45% H°...!!!! This is a pity, because all the benefit and interest of this device is therefore reduced.

Disappointed with the shipping of my order. I ordered a product at the beginning of December and received it more than a month later. I was really disappointed by this delay, especially as the site didn't reply to my email asking about the status of my order and didn't make any commercial gesture to apologize for the delay!

A very complete and efficient appliance, its price is justified . We had a huge moisture problem in the laundry room: fungus, mold on the walls and water oozing down the sides. So after a good cleaning with St Marc and a coat of white paint, we installed it and it's been a complete change ever since! The walls are healthy and dry, no traces have appeared for 3 months and if I leave my laundry on the dryer and start the drying function after the appliance has, of course, triggered itself for humidity, it's still just as efficient. We have absolutely no regrets about this purchase, it has changed our lives and is worth its price, which may seem a bit high at first. For your information, we connect it to a drain every day, so it's even more autonomous! Thank you for the opinions of previous buyers, as we read them at length before making our choice.

Difficulty with humidity percentage. This is my 2nd unit. For the first one, I thought my room volume was too big, because I wasn't getting the desired humidity level (60%). I opted for a much more powerful dehumidifier from Air Naturel. I couldn't get any more information about my choice. In use, for the first few days, I had to use 20 to 25 l. per 24 h., and now, after a little over a month's use, I'm using 4 l. maximum per 24 h.. The only explanation I've found: high ceilings and wood panelling covering them. Undoubtedly, wood is a great moisture absorber.

Effective . Humidity problem following water damage! Professionals suggested I install an air dehumidifier with external extraction, costing between 4000 and 5000euros! So I tried the DDH-20 dehumidifier at 125 euros ac the hygrostat and wonder it works! More humidity!!!!!

In a word: NICKEL! Humidifier received within 48 hours, carefully packaged. We're very happy with it: the humidifier is super-quiet and the room's hydrometry rises quickly. The reservoir is large, with an autonomy of 3 days if you only run it at night.

I chose this model on the seller's website, thinking it met all the criteria I wanted. However, once I consulted the instructions, I discovered that this model is not recommended for my water, which is heavy in limescale. The instructions recommend another model for high-limestone water. Why didn't you say so on the website? Why not make a selection of models on the site according to the limescale content of the water?

not effective MEACO 10L . The advertisement states 10l. of water per day of dehydration. In a humid room , during 24 hours we collected 20 cc. of water !!!!!!!!!!!! In the laundry drying room, after 4 hours, 25 cc. of water was collected! I'm disappointed with the MEACO 10L.

assistant request and product quality . Good evening, I bought a FRED humidifier last year. In less than a year, the water heating system broke down. The after-sales service sent me a new FRED (with English plug...) . I've been using the new FRED for a month now, and the Teflon paint on the pan is already coming off, even though the appliance only worked for a month. At these prices, you'd expect better quality!!!!!

perfect . I ordered 1 dehumidifier for my garage in September. Then 1 more in November for my house, as well as for 2 friends convinced by their efficiency. The model is the DD8L from Meaco. Fast order processing, great phone availability. One of the tanks broke when we unpacked it, and AirNaturel sent us a new one immediately, charging us shipping costs only. Validated and recommended!

The air filter works very well. It quickly found its place in our home. It's almost invisible in automatic mode, where it stays at an almost inaudible ventilation level most of the time. Noise can only be heard at night in a quiet room. However, it doesn't disturb sleep. What's even more astonishing after a few days' use is that not a single speck of dust can be seen flying in the light from the lamps, proving that the filter works well even in a 50 m2 room.

Delivery to be reviewed. Good price, fast shipping, but delivery leaves something to be desired! Air Naturel did not inform me of the delivery date. The Colissimo parcel arrived in our absence without warning. The Post Office did not deliver a second time. We were obliged to collect the bulky parcel weighing 15 kgs from the poste restante. Fortunately it wasn't a fridge or a washing machine!

the ddl8 is a very efficient little jewel from air naturel. i bought a ddl8, a very efficient device, so much so that i reordered a second one to avoid moving the device from one place to another because i live in a two-storey townhouse. it's worth noting that the return of warm air saves at least 2 degrees and the feeling is very pleasant. so i can confirm the strong points of the ddl8, which works non-stop (nice device, not bulky, light, not noisy because it doesn't use a compressor ....you just have to empty the drawer when it's full, but don't worry, the appliance stops when it's full!) the air naturel website is very attractive, clear and engaging the order is processed quickly and delivery to a relay point is trouble-free I'm satisfied so far.

delighted. I bought a meaco 10l. dehumidifier and I'm delighted with it. The air in my house is healthy again. My bedroom is located in an old cellar (very nice because vaulted, but damp because partly buried) and I had an infiltration in another room.
