After 3 weeks of use, I'm completely satisfied with the unit for a small professional room where I use acrylic. The air is well renewed and no odors remain.

After a week of daily use, we're very satisfied with the product, which fulfills its mission of purifying the air in our apartment._x000D__x000D_Good points: product quality, results obtained._x000D_Less points: product may be a little foggy at speeds 2 and 3, price a little high.

disappointed . The unit received does not work properly, in fact only the motor and light work. No misting or fragrance. Too bad for an air diffuser. So it cost me a lot of money for its uselessness.

fully satisfied. choice - easy ordering - payment - fast handling. just one drawback: the delay in accessing the order tracking system.

Still nothing received - Well solved by Airnaturel.com . I ordered a 300 EUR device from air naturel. The purchase went well with no problems. As I live in Belgium, my only option for free delivery was Mondial Relay. I placed my order on January 21, 2014, and today, February 5, I still haven't received anything. The Mondial Relay website does confirm that they received the package on January 24, but since the message on February 1 "Parcel read at wrong relay" I have no more info... Mondial relay is a real nightmare!!! Avoid this carrier! If you search the internet, you'll see that I'm not the only one having problems with these people. Edit 25/02/2014: The problem has been well resolved by the folks at airnaturel.com. After mondial failed to deliver the package for almost a whole month, Airnaturel sent me a new package by Colissimo on 19/02. It arrived the next day. Thank you, airnaturel! As for Mondial Relay: don't trust them. After more than a month, the package is still undelivered.

Could do better. The products are satisfactory but the delivery charges are very excessive. I ordered filters and delivery cost me almost half the price of the filters. That's too much!

good product. Product which fulfills its function well, thanks to it we have raised the humidity level to an acceptable level. Since then, we've had much less of a sensation of a dry throat and a permanently blocked nose. What's more, it's a reliable hygrometer. On the other hand, I find the price a bit high, but considering the benefits, it's easy to forget.

Disappointed with the shipping of my order. I ordered a product at the beginning of December and received it more than a month later. I was really disappointed by this delay, especially as the site didn't reply to my email asking about the status of my order and didn't make any commercial gesture to apologize for the delay!

appreciated telephone response to my questions . I was hesitating between several models, in particular two, and finally decided on OSKAR thanks to the discussion I had over the phone. I'm very happy to have chosen the most complete model, where I can set the unit to night mode without lights, especially when the unit reaches the desired humidity and the lights flash. The unit is quiet and has a large water capacity.

not effective MEACO 10L . The advertisement states 10l. of water per day of dehydration. In a humid room , during 24 hours we collected 20 cc. of water !!!!!!!!!!!! In the laundry drying room, after 4 hours, 25 cc. of water was collected! I'm disappointed with the MEACO 10L.

assistant request and product quality . Good evening, I bought a FRED humidifier last year. In less than a year, the water heating system broke down. The after-sales service sent me a new FRED (with English plug...) . I've been using the new FRED for a month now, and the Teflon paint on the pan is already coming off, even though the appliance only worked for a month. At these prices, you'd expect better quality!!!!!

very satisfied with the product, ultra quiet, reacts very quickly to changes in atmosphere. once the air has been treated, the unit returns to position 1 in auto mode, and the air quality is noticeable.

It's only been 2 weeks since I received the air purifier! However, we're delighted with our purchase, as the air in our bedroom seems even lighter and fresher. It seems that when we wake up, our noses and skin are less dry. The device is silent and we feel we're resting better.

It's too early to give a pertinent opinion on the lifespan of the device and filters._x000D_On the other hand, after 2 weeks, I can already say that smoke and cigarette odors have completely disappeared. Air Naturel is a surprising site, which doesn't correspond to Web standards: you'll find good products, a little too expensive though, and the after-sales service is very reactive - rare for Web after-sales services! - but not precise enough when it comes to technical advice.... I bought the OSKAR GM air humidifiers too cold and filters to be changed too often and far too expensive....and the TAURUS hot steam humidifier, less expensive, more efficient but very difficult to clean (limestone gets into all the interstices). A rare site of human proximity!

Ideally, order on a Monday! On time. I was the one who was wrong to order just before November 1st and the weekend, but you shipped on a Saturday. That's a point for you.

tip top . Not noisy at all (when you lock it in a room), it does its job, just one regret there's no programmer or you have to press a button to start it but good for the price.... Super!

EFFICIENT. THE UNIT IS GOOD. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE DRAIN PIPE IS ONLY 0.50M LONG AND FOR A 40L PER DAY IT ONLY DOES 15 TO 20L.

MAECO DD8L dehumidifier. Fast delivery and product meets our expectations. The dehumidifier was put into service immediately, on high speed at first (a bit noisy), then on the lowest possible setting. It seems to be doing its job well. It has not yet been fitted with direct evacuation and needs to be emptied twice a day. The humidity level at the seaside comes back to 60% without any problem, instead of the usual 90% in a 63m2 apartment. However, we don't yet know how much it will cost to run it continuously.

BAD SURPRISE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR OPINION. I ordered 2 products delivered by COLIS RELAIS, I wanted to return 1, it turned out that the return is at MY EXPENSE. I'm used to ordering online, and I'm very disappointed by this way of working. The return by Colissimo would have cost me almost as much as the product. So if you're not sure, don't order because you HAVE NO RIGHT TO ERROR or to reconsider your purchase.

Very nice item. Quite discreet and pretty design, easy to use. It's a pity, however, that it's too noisy from level 2 and that it's not more programmable.

Satisfied in the end. My parcel was lost by LaPoste and then found following claims made by Airnaturel. The parcel was lost for 15 days. So I received my dehumidifier in perfect condition (phew) and I had a very good contact with the team during this unfortunate problem, thank you for the availability, the device also works very well.
