Quite simple to place the order. The first time I tried in December, it didn't work because of a computer problem. This time, in January 2022, all went well for the order. I was a bit upset about the delivery because the driver came earlier than he said he would, so I wasn't there. He delivered to a neighbor's house, but hadn't warned me and hadn't told me where. A simple note in the letterbox would have been enough for the delivery to be satisfactory.

apart from the very wide range of delivery times, which kept me at home, everything went smoothly. Telephone contact with precise information on the breakdown of my old dehumidifier and the decision to change it. The new unit is up and running in my cellar.

great device the only drawback is the impossibility of turning off the blue LED despite the instructions as well as the luminous display on the device during the night which forces me to turn it off to be able to sleep because the brightness is far too strong too bad because it is extremely quiet and efficient unfortunately I wouldn't take another one because of this lighting problem .... really too bad

I asked a question, answer the next day (product made in China). Delivery time by Chronopost correct. On the other hand, the price of the product increased significantly in one day, and this on all the selling sites. In fact, there's no such thing as competition!

I'm not giving it 5 stars because the box arrived with bubble wrap around it. So you could see through what it was (which in itself isn't a problem), and I don't see the point of the bubble wrap around the cardboard box containing the product, which is well padded with polystyrene.

Product easy to find on the site to order. Only downside: we couldn't find the fasteners to fix the filters, so we had to remove those from the old one, taking care not to break them, then clean them in vinegar (limescale). We managed to do it once, but I doubt we'll be able to do it again without breaking any. You should sell these fasteners on your site.
