A message was sent from the site telling me that the relay point I had chosen could not receive the parcel. This message was ambiguous and implied that the delivery would be made via another relay point. So I sent a message asking for clarification. No reply. In the end, the delivery was made to my home, but I was not informed.
Fortunately, I was at home.

If it's about the white deposit we've already answered you about, all ultrasonic humidifiers working with tap water (i.e. not demineralized water) generate a white deposit, as it's indicated on our site and in particular in the guide to buying a humidifier.
