GOOD SITE AND GOOD PRODUCTS . I bought a MERCAO DD8L to dehumidify my apartment. The delivery was fast and the unit met my expectations. The hygrometric result was easily obtained in a short space of time, and the noise during operation is quite bearable at low speed at night.

Quick and efficient. Quick and easy to place orders. Just one criticism: once you've placed your order, you can't change anything on the website. I had made a mistake on one color, but the sales department, whom I contacted by phone, kindly changed it. Very fast delivery. Another downside: the two carriers were particularly unfriendly, even aggressive. A pity.
