disappointment . product that leaked as soon as it was switched on and is of very mediocre quality. i will no longer order any product from this brand.

Small delivery problem handled perfectly. I hope to keep it for a long time.

Perfect except for the delivery. Quality material but delivery always damaged to the point of tearing the carton. Stadler Form puts a sales box in its own shipping box. Only just saved. Collissimo, the worst delivery service, always damaged. Air Naturel, fast processing, normal collection, quality material. Information requested by telephone actually handled professionally, composition of materials real identification of metals etc.

Decu by the price. Same model 15% cheaper on other sites including delivery. Unfortunately I noticed too late after ordering directly from airnaturel!

After-sales service reminded 3 times. It's been 3 times that I've contacted the accounting department to get an invoice. I've been waiting 3 weeks for it... The person in accounting is also very unfriendly.

After 15 days of use, first impressions are confirmed: the air is healthier and no longer smells. What's more, the unit seems very solid and well made. However, the operating LED is too powerful (in a very dark room), and has since been painted black. A 4th speed for a night mode would be desirable, for an ultra-silent mode that's even quieter, even if less efficient.

A "mixed" experience which in no way detracts from the seriousness of AIR NATUREL . My order took almost a month to be delivered, but once AIR NATUREL became aware of this excessively long delay, they immediately took the necessary steps with the carrier, and the problem was resolved within a few days. My opinion of the Buldair and Buldair junior devices: they're attractive, don't take up much space, are relatively quiet and are very easy to use; I would, however, have preferred their effectiveness as air purifiers to that of essential oil diffusers. It's also a pity that Buldair junior doesn't come with a mains plug (as it's also intended for use in a small children's room). That said, the quality/price ratio of these products in no way makes me regret their purchase, and I'd recommend them without hesitation!

Very good products. The product itself is superb, works very well and the scents are very pleasant, but for delivery in 48 hours you'll have to iron.

disappointed . The unit received does not work properly, in fact only the motor and light work. No misting or fragrance. Too bad for an air diffuser. So it cost me a lot of money for its uselessness.

Still nothing received - Well solved by Airnaturel.com . I ordered a 300 EUR device from air naturel. The purchase went well with no problems. As I live in Belgium, my only option for free delivery was Mondial Relay. I placed my order on January 21, 2014, and today, February 5, I still haven't received anything. The Mondial Relay website does confirm that they received the package on January 24, but since the message on February 1 "Parcel read at wrong relay" I have no more info... Mondial relay is a real nightmare!!! Avoid this carrier! If you search the internet, you'll see that I'm not the only one having problems with these people. Edit 25/02/2014: The problem has been well resolved by the folks at airnaturel.com. After mondial failed to deliver the package for almost a whole month, Airnaturel sent me a new package by Colissimo on 19/02. It arrived the next day. Thank you, airnaturel! As for Mondial Relay: don't trust them. After more than a month, the package is still undelivered.

Disappointed. The test went well but there was no added value from the site in terms of advice. No deciphering of the test result. I sent an email with no response. EM

good product. Product which fulfills its function well, thanks to it we have raised the humidity level to an acceptable level. Since then, we've had much less of a sensation of a dry throat and a permanently blocked nose. What's more, it's a reliable hygrometer. On the other hand, I find the price a bit high, but considering the benefits, it's easy to forget.

Wrong humidity measurement. A fine device, which would be perfect, if the humidity measurements it transmits, and therefore takes into account for its operation, weren't 10 to 12% higher than reality. For example, this one indicates 50% humidity when in reality it's only 37 to 40% (measured by several other devices), which means that in auto mode it doesn't work, as this mode is only triggered below 45% H°...!!!! This is a pity, because all the benefit and interest of this device is therefore reduced.

Difficulty with humidity percentage. This is my 2nd unit. For the first one, I thought my room volume was too big, because I wasn't getting the desired humidity level (60%). I opted for a much more powerful dehumidifier from Air Naturel. I couldn't get any more information about my choice. In use, for the first few days, I had to use 20 to 25 l. per 24 h., and now, after a little over a month's use, I'm using 4 l. maximum per 24 h.. The only explanation I've found: high ceilings and wood panelling covering them. Undoubtedly, wood is a great moisture absorber.

appreciated telephone response to my questions . I was hesitating between several models, in particular two, and finally decided on OSKAR thanks to the discussion I had over the phone. I'm very happy to have chosen the most complete model, where I can set the unit to night mode without lights, especially when the unit reaches the desired humidity and the lights flash. The unit is quiet and has a large water capacity.

I chose this model on the seller's website, thinking it met all the criteria I wanted. However, once I consulted the instructions, I discovered that this model is not recommended for my water, which is heavy in limescale. The instructions recommend another model for high-limestone water. Why didn't you say so on the website? Why not make a selection of models on the site according to the limescale content of the water?

assistant request and product quality . Good evening, I bought a FRED humidifier last year. In less than a year, the water heating system broke down. The after-sales service sent me a new FRED (with English plug...) . I've been using the new FRED for a month now, and the Teflon paint on the pan is already coming off, even though the appliance only worked for a month. At these prices, you'd expect better quality!!!!!

very satisfied with the product, ultra quiet, reacts very quickly to changes in atmosphere. once the air has been treated, the unit returns to position 1 in auto mode, and the air quality is noticeable.

It's only been 2 weeks since I received the air purifier! However, we're delighted with our purchase, as the air in our bedroom seems even lighter and fresher. It seems that when we wake up, our noses and skin are less dry. The device is silent and we feel we're resting better.

It's too early to give a pertinent opinion on the lifespan of the device and filters._x000D_On the other hand, after 2 weeks, I can already say that smoke and cigarette odors have completely disappeared. Moreover, the speed program automatically increases when you smoke._x000D_As for air quality ?????_x000D_I can't measure objectively._x000D_In any case, the desired goal (odors) has been achieved.

Delivery to be reviewed. Good price, fast shipping, but delivery leaves something to be desired! Air Naturel did not inform me of the delivery date. The Colissimo parcel arrived in our absence without warning. The Post Office did not deliver a second time. We were obliged to collect the bulky parcel weighing 15 kgs from the poste restante. Fortunately it wasn't a fridge or a washing machine!

Air Naturel is a surprising site, which doesn't correspond to Web standards: you'll find good products, a little too expensive though, and the after-sales service is very reactive - rare for Web after-sales services! - but not precise enough when it comes to technical advice.... I bought the OSKAR GM air humidifiers too cold and filters to be changed too often and far too expensive....and the TAURUS hot steam humidifier, less expensive, more efficient but very difficult to clean (limestone gets into all the interstices). A rare site of human proximity!
