Dear customer, Thank you for clarifying your comment so that we can, if necessary, complete the product sheet or answer your questions. If it's about the white deposit we've already answered you about, all ultrasonic humidifiers working with tap water (i.e. not demineralized water) generate a white deposit, as it's indicated on our site and in particular in the guide to buying a humidifier. Quite simple to place the order. The first time I tried in December, it didn't work because of a computer problem. This time, in January 2022, all went well for the order. I was a bit upset about the delivery because the driver came earlier than he said he would, so I wasn't there. He delivered to a neighbor's house, but hadn't warned me and hadn't told me where. A simple note in the letterbox would have been enough for the delivery to be satisfactory.

great device the only drawback is the impossibility of turning off the blue LED despite the instructions as well as the luminous display on the device during the night which forces me to turn it off to be able to sleep because the brightness is far too strong too bad because it is extremely quiet and efficient unfortunately I wouldn't take another one because of this lighting problem .... really too bad

It's a shame not to be able to encode your VAT number directly and obtain an invoice directly from the site without having to send an email. What's more, we weren't able to reclaim the VAT even though we were in a classic case of intercommunity VAT. I'm even more unhappy about this, as I had emailed my VAT number before placing the order. Once the problem was pointed out, your service didn't want to help me. A refund and a credit note are not bad enough.

I'm not giving it 5 stars because the box arrived with bubble wrap around it. So you could see through what it was (which in itself isn't a problem), and I don't see the point of the bubble wrap around the cardboard box containing the product, which is well padded with polystyrene.
