Simple, pleasant site, easy to order

Strong packaging and very well protected fragile products. I would have given a 5* if the delivery times announced on the site had been respected.

It's a pity that the site allows an order to be placed when the material is no longer in stock. We then placed a second order for an equivalent item, and the delivery was very fast and compliant.

The product information is clear. For electrical appliances I missed the energy classification A B ...

My order included two items: only one was delivered. After writing to them to say that the second item was missing, several days passed and then, ten days later, Air&Me wrote to me to say that "Our logisitque confirms that the preparation of your parcel was complete. Can you tell me if the selina has been delivered to you? ". A little annoyed, I confirm my first answer. The parcel will eventually be delivered.

RAS if it is not a lack of information as for the follow-up of order (date of forwarding followed...) on the other hand I was well warned of the availability of the parcel in point relay.

It is absolutely essential that you read the device manuals, so that important information such as water hardness (Eva humidifier) is clearly displayed on your website.

This is my 4th purchase from Air Naturel and I'm always satisfied with the service and delivery. The plus point: the site is extremely clear and well designed. The selection advice is also very good. Just a small delay in shipping for which I took one star off but after my call they were very responsive and the problem was solved. Great experience.

I find it annoying that the order is cashed and that there is no verification that the order has been sent. I had to call three times for my order to be sent, even though it had already been cashed for over a week. It's likely that there was a computer problem, but it would still be normal for there to be a check made between collections and orders sent, especially when the general terms and conditions of sale state that collection is made when the order is dispatched.

ON-TIME DELIVERY

Satisfied with the speed of delivery but after-sales service more than disappointing after 1st use of the product. I called the very next day to report a fault that was more than annoying when using the column fan (squeaking, rattling noise in oscillating mode), bearing in mind that I'd noticed a problem with the finish, with the bottom of the plastic column showing an offset and inevitably catching on the circular support, whose coating was already damaged after one day due to rubbing. The "adviser" tells me she's never had this feedback, that there's no solution. For a €99 column that squeaks and rattles as soon as you use it, and the coating crumbles after a day, I ask for an exchange at least, wanting to remain confident about this product, but no, she tells me it's impossible! On the other hand, she does tell me that I'll have to pay the shipping costs no matter what, so I give up and end up with a very pretty column that's certainly easy to use, but with a flaw that damages it and makes it usable with earplugs. Quite simply, I feel ripped off.

Complete appliance. Good workmanship. Some problems with delivery, but this was sorted out by Sales. The plus im indicates room temperature and is very quiet.
