First order on this site. The confirmation email had trouble arriving in my inbox but customer service was top notch. Someone called me to change the carrier and was very friendly and attentive. The next e-mails arrived fine! Very fast delivery.

Quick processing of the order, product conforms. I recommend the site! On the other hand, I was unable to remove from the basket the essential oil added automatically and charged 1€... Not very serious, but a bit forced, don't you think?

Easy to find the product I was looking for on the website. Call to the sales department for confirmation that the product comes with a power supply (I didn't see this on the website).

I bought my first humidifier, and it worked for a while, but not all the time. When it became clogged with limescale, I cleaned it and changed the filter, but it no longer worked. I exchanged it for a new one, which also had problems with the electronic contact. I finally gave up.

Response from AIR AND ME
Hello Madam, you have only ordered a humidifier filter from us. I have no record of a humidifier purchase. Perhaps you bought a humidifier of another brand and the filter is incompatible? I've tried to contact you to understand your problem, but to no avail. The AIR AND ME team remains at your disposal.
