Dear Sir/Madam When I opened my parcel, I noticed that the packaging of the Sylver Cube item had been opened, which does not guarantee that it will not be used. I would be grateful if you could send me an item in the condition in which it was sold. I trust you will understand my request. I have noticed that the filters are not the same as when I placed my last order. Is this normal?

Perfect. Order arrived on time. Correct follow-up. Missing on the site to indicate to avoid the devices without sensors giving indications on the quality of the air. Nevertheless, I give it 5 stars.

Response from AIR AND ME
Hello, We confirm that there was an inventory error on this product, with a discrepancy between the computerized and physical stock levels, which prevented us from indicating that this product was out of stock. We suggested a replacement product or that you wait for the next restocking.
