Purchase conforms to the description, impeccable delivery. The dehumidifier works well but is a bit noisy. I thought it was a little more efficient: barely 500ml per day on continuous operation in my bathroom. As for the service, it was perfect. This was my first order from air naturel and I would recommend this very serious site in terms of delivery times. Ordered on Sunday, product received Thursday by parcel post.

Perfect for my use. Very good, practical, fairly light, easy to handle. I use it for my damp ground floor. I live in a village house, so I don't hear any noise. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you have to sleep in the same room (e.g. if you're in a studio), despite the 3 different settings.

A good dehumidifier. The parcel was received on time and the packaging was absolutely correct. One or two minutes to read the start-up document; one day before starting it up to follow the instructions (as for any unit of this type; fridge, freezer) and good operation (more than 2 liters of water in a single day).

Serious and responsive. I ordered a device, and the shipping time was respected, but delivery problems due to the post office meant that I had to send 3 devices a week apart, the last one by a carrier. That's why I recommend Air Naturel for its reliability and responsiveness.

Cordial and serious after-sales service. Air Naturel replaced my dehumidifier's electric transformer free of charge (except for shipping costs... normal!) two and a half years after purchase, out of warranty, on simple request by e-mail. A very complete and efficient appliance, its price is justified . We had a huge moisture problem in the laundry room: fungus, mold on the walls and water oozing down the sides. So after a good cleaning with St Marc and a coat of white paint, we installed it and it's been a complete change ever since! The walls are healthy and dry, no traces have appeared for 3 months and if I leave my laundry on the dryer and start the drying function after the appliance has, of course, triggered itself for humidity, it's still just as efficient. We have absolutely no regrets about this purchase, it has changed our lives and is worth its price, which may seem a bit high at first. For your information, we connect it to a drain every day, so it's even more autonomous! Thank you for the opinions of previous buyers, as we read them at length before making our choice.

Effective . Humidity problem following water damage! Professionals suggested I install an air dehumidifier with external extraction, costing between 4000 and 5000euros! So I tried the DDH-20 dehumidifier at 125 euros ac the hygrostat and wonder it works! More humidity!!!!!
