Customer reviews of AIR AND ME

Serious and responsive. I ordered a device, and the shipping time was respected, but delivery problems due to the post office meant that I had to send 3 devices a week apart, the last one by a carrier. That's why I recommend Air Naturel for its reliability and responsiveness.

Very good products, and fast delivery. VERY GOOD . Very good products and fast delivery. VERY GOOD

Ouahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh . Super Product Fast and careful shipping What more can I say? Recommend it!

Perfect service. Everything went smoothly, from the order to delivery and the product itself. Nothing to complain about!

Super . Item conforms to order. Very well packed and fast delivery. Performs its function very well.

fast and efficient; very good service. request for service on a device bought 1 year ago. unfortunately, the product no longer exists, and neither do the replacement parts... product replaced by a newer one (much better) in 1 week. very good site, very good, fast and efficient communication.

disappointed . The unit received does not work properly, in fact only the motor and light work. No misting or fragrance. Too bad for an air diffuser. So it cost me a lot of money for its uselessness.

Perfect order and delivery. As an asthmatic living in a first-floor apartment overlooking the garden, this device seems to do its job completely, in automatic mode. My quality of life has improved.

Very good product, delivered on time. This dehumidifier has the advantage of operating at low temperature and is energy efficient. Unlike other models, it tends to slightly heat up the room to be dried. A good long-term investment.

SUPERB DESIGN . SPACE-SAVING HEATER, VERY AESTHETIC, EFFICIENT HEAT, WITH 2 SETTING POSITIONS, BUT NOISY WITHOUT OPTION TO STOP VENTILATION WHICH REMAINS PERMANENT NATURAL AIR SITE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WITH FAST DELIVERY AND EXCELLENT PACKAGING.

Satisfied. I am delighted with my air naturel products, delivery a little expensive but fast.

Nothing to complain about! The site is well designed, order processing is fast and accurate, very fast shipping, nothing to complain about!

Great! Meaco DD8L dehumidifier, very efficient. Delivery within 3 days and quick response to my email for information.

Disappointed. The test went well but there was no added value from the site in terms of advice. No deciphering of the test result. I sent an email with no response. EM

Cordial and serious after-sales service. Air Naturel replaced my dehumidifier's electric transformer free of charge (except for shipping costs... normal!) two and a half years after purchase, out of warranty, on simple request by e-mail. That's very good business on their part, and I'd like to thank them.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SERIOUS COMPANY. I had an excellent contact with AIR NATUREL, with very clear advice and explanations for the problem to be solved (humidity level too low in a wine cellar). My choice of equipment was based on technical rather than financial considerations. Once I'd been advised which equipment was best suited to my needs, I ordered it over the Internet, and it was delivered on schedule. After commissioning the equipment and running it for a few days, the results were just what I needed. I recommend this company for its reliability.

I recommend it! Very effective. Before buying "Three cartridges for DH-30 humidifier" I had to confirm the compatibility of the product with my humidifier. Customer service was very efficient, friendly and quick to respond. I finally ordered, it works very well. I'm satisfied. vitor

A very complete and efficient appliance, its price is justified . We had a huge moisture problem in the laundry room: fungus, mold on the walls and water oozing down the sides. So after a good cleaning with St Marc and a coat of white paint, we installed it and it's been a complete change ever since! The walls are healthy and dry, no traces have appeared for 3 months and if I leave my laundry on the dryer and start the drying function after the appliance has, of course, triggered itself for humidity, it's still just as efficient. We have absolutely no regrets about this purchase, it has changed our lives and is worth its price, which may seem a bit high at first. For your information, we connect it to a drain every day, so it's even more autonomous! Thank you for the opinions of previous buyers, as we read them at length before making our choice.

Small volume; delivered on time. Device corresponds to our expectations, and good delivery time.

Fast delivery and good quality item. No particular problem, fast delivery and good quality item, good site.

Very good, competent and fast. Friendly, competent staff and order processed quickly.

Effective . Humidity problem following water damage! Professionals suggested I install an air dehumidifier with external extraction, costing between 4000 and 5000euros! So I tried the DDH-20 dehumidifier at 125 euros ac the hygrostat and wonder it works! More humidity!!!!!

Impeccable service and delivery. Delivered two days after ordering. Quick and clear response to my emails for product information.

In a word: NICKEL! Humidifier received within 48 hours, carefully packaged. We're very happy with it: the humidifier is super-quiet and the room's hydrometry rises quickly. The reservoir is large, with an autonomy of 3 days if you only run it at night.

Perfect . Fast delivery and as expected. Would recommend.

perfect delivery, product corresponds to the criteria presented . good item to recommend

Fast and efficient. I had no problem placing my order and delivery was fast. Product conforms and the packaging is perfect. This site is reliable.

assistant request and product quality . Good evening, I bought a FRED humidifier last year. In less than a year, the water heating system broke down. The after-sales service sent me a new FRED (with English plug...) . I've been using the new FRED for a month now, and the Teflon paint on the pan is already coming off, even though the appliance only worked for a month. At these prices, you'd expect better quality!!!!!

Super satisfied! . Fast shipping. Great product! Not disappointed at all.

Packaging and delivery: fast, efficient, neat! Order received quickly (order Friday evening, received Tuesday morning 8am!) Packaging impeccable! Product not used (Christmas gift!) Comments on the effectiveness of the dehumidifier to come! resumption of comments on 22 06 2014: I recommend the dehumidifier, it is effective..... no more problems at all !!!! I was skeptical about the comments on the product (users too enthusiastic for my taste...... but I join them and highly recommend!).

Very good product . Good advice .

Corresponds perfectly to the order and fast. Perfect, nothing to complain about, I recommend it.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SITE FOR ITS RELIABILITY AND THE QUALITY OF ITS PRODUCTS. SERIOUSNESS COMPETENCE WELCOME QUALITY OF THE WEBSITE MAKE IT SEEM NATURAL TO TURN TO AIR NATUREL.

Air cleaner purchased, delivered on time and functional. I recommend it for people like me who sometimes have breathing problems.

perfect . I ordered 1 dehumidifier for my garage in September. Then 1 more in November for my house, as well as for 2 friends convinced by their efficiency. The model is the DD8L from Meaco. Fast order processing, great phone availability. One of the tanks broke when we unpacked it, and AirNaturel sent us a new one immediately, charging us shipping costs only. Validated and recommended!

Quality and speed. Very simple order and receipt within 72 hours. Precise device description.

The air filter works very well. It quickly found its place in our home. It's almost invisible in automatic mode, where it stays at an almost inaudible ventilation level most of the time. Noise can only be heard at night in a quiet room. However, it doesn't disturb sleep. What's even more astonishing after a few days' use is that not a single speck of dust can be seen flying in the light from the lamps, proving that the filter works well even in a 50 m2 room.

Fast delivery. Fast delivery. Product conforms and in perfect condition. I really appreciated the advice given by phone before the purchase.

The best site! . Incredibly fast shipping! Maximum efficiency.

RARE . MEACO DD8L dehumidifier - Very good quality equipment, silent, perfectly fulfilling its function, reasonably priced and delivered in record time !!!!
