No response from the after-sales service on my request, as I only received one of the two packages. It's a pity, because the shipment was fast, the product was of high quality (what I received, anyway), and I have no reason to believe that air&me had anything to do with the delivery problem. But no response from the after-sales service to make a complaint to the carrier, which is pretty upsetting.

Hello, Your review is misleading. In reality, both parcels were delivered on the same day to the janitor or a neighbor, with delivery against signature. Furthermore, if you have not been informed, it is important to note that you have provided a false telephone number (069999999) and a false e-mail address, which makes communication about the delivery difficult. Very good site, very fast delivery. Very neat packaging, friendly delivery person. No problem getting the dehumidifier up and running. The manual is pretty well done. The appliance seems to meet my expectations. I highly recommend it. I haven't tested the WIFI pairing because I don't need it, but it seems to be a bit complicated...

Notes: 1) A small anomaly in the user guide. Concerning the distance between the dehumidifier and other elements, the manual first indicates 50 cm and then 20 cm. 2) in a closed room of less than 20 m², at night, and after 7 hours of operation in maximum mode, the device, starting from a humidity level of 71%, only manages to reach 50%. Is this normal?
