Serious company, attentive to customer needs. The Oscar humidifier I bought two years ago is working well, although contrary to the manufacturer's claims, the filters, which are supposedly anti-bacterial (and cost 24 Euros a pair), develop mould in less than a month, as opposed to the two to three months advertised. This is despite the care taken to replace the water and clean the tank, using hydrogen peroxide or white vinegar + their famous silver wire at 20 Euros a piece...
