Quick processing of the order, product conforms. I recommend the site! On the other hand, I was unable to remove from the basket the essential oil added automatically and charged 1€... Not very serious, but a bit forced, don't you think?

No response from the after-sales service on my request, as I only received one of the two packages. It's a pity, because the shipment was fast, the product was of high quality (what I received, anyway), and I have no reason to believe that air&me had anything to do with the delivery problem. But no response from the after-sales service to make a complaint to the carrier, which is pretty upsetting.

It seems that in this AIR business, distributors and manufacturers are not looking for efficiency. 3 sites and 3 orders to get a humidifier and accessories.
But thank goodness for AIR & ME and its good service, otherwise I'd be bored.

The product is not very quiet and uses more electricity than I thought, but it's efficient.

There are 2 things: 1) the site, to be improved: - When you're on the page of the fan in a certain color, you can't see the choices of the others, you had to search for the brand (airain) to get the individual pages for each color.
- For delivery it's not clear: from a certain price (e.g. 2 fans) you get a discount but it's for France (logical but you don't think about it), for abroad it's by weight.
- Anyway, I wanted 2 because even that's a limit when you can barely open the windows, hardly any air, too little to refresh and still a horrible racket (and facing south so no effective north wind even with a net). 2) products, 2 brass fans: - I've been looking for a decade and the small one I had died 3 years ago. It's very hard to find quiet fans, and these ones have multiple speeds!
- Small note however, the blades make a resonance even at low speed, the note depends on the material, wood higher than champagne. With ambient noise or even with micro wax plugs (in a quiet place or when I close the windows completely when it's cold) you hear absolutely nothing. Without plugs, it's barely noticeable among the vmc, fridge etc. I didn't immediately understand that this was the case.
- Apart from this little problem, they're still the quietest except for the little one I had a long time ago that I could put a few centimeters away from me. I put them on the table 1m from the bed, making a draught: 1 facing me and the other at an angle towards the slightly open window. The conditions in this dwelling are hardly worse, but with this system the situation is downhill, with a purifier whose fan makes an additional draught and I'm going to install a refreshment unit with ice which I hope will allow a normal situation.
