I ordered my product in white and it arrived in BLACK, which is apparently not the first time on this site. I had seen someone leave the same comment. I thought I didn't have the same problem...

Despite a delay in delivery, which was quickly resolved after contact, I am satisfied with the service: clear and detailed presentation of the products, the item purchased meets my expectations.

in spite of an inventory that was not announced before the order was placed, so the delay was not foreseen before the payment was made!

Order well received and compliant. Just the shipment which charged 16euros should arrive the next day because my order was placed before noon and arrived a day late. So for the delay I only put 3 out of 5.

Rather than the distributor (natural air) who already has a lot of work to do with his resellers and needs to be spared, choose the same resellers, who are much better placed to meet your commercial and logistical demands.

product corresponds to my purchase delivered in a well protected parcel. however delays a little longer than expected, it would be necessary more detail on the follow-up of the order.

Several products were missing on delivery. But after an e-mail complaint, everything was soon back in order: the mistake is human and it was quickly and well made up for!

Serious company, attentive to customer needs. The Oscar humidifier I bought two years ago is working well, although contrary to the manufacturer's claims, the filters, which are supposedly anti-bacterial (and cost 24 Euros a pair), develop mould in less than a month, as opposed to the two to three months advertised. This is despite the care taken to replace the water and clean the tank, using hydrogen peroxide or white vinegar + their famous silver wire at 20 Euros a piece...

Very good after-sales service (much better than darty who originally sold the device). Part a little long to deliver but works perfectly.
