Air and Me consistently delivers fast, reliable service with quick delivery and well-packaged orders, as well as clear product information that helps customers choose confidently. Customers praise the product design and compact, quiet operation, noting aesthetically pleasing finishes and devices that fit easily on shelves or bedside tables. They highlight helpful, responsive customer service and practical setup experiences, including easy installation, straightforward connections, and efficient technical support. Overall, reviews emphasize dependable performance, strong delivery reliability, and satisfaction with product quality and appearance.
Nice products. Obsolete online store security, but apparently an update is in the works. That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars, because the protection of credit card payment data is not/no longer guaranteed (chrome displayed a warning). I preferred to make a bank transfer to be sure of avoiding any worries.
Apart from that, I received my order quickly and won't hesitate to order again.

Very efficient and quality device. I bought it for myself about two years ago and recommended it to friends who immediately ordered it too. A total of 6 devices.

Quick and efficient. Quick and easy to place orders. Just one criticism: once you've placed your order, you can't change anything on the website. I had made a mistake on one color, but the sales department, whom I contacted by phone, kindly changed it. Very fast delivery. Another downside: the two carriers were particularly unfriendly, even aggressive. A pity.

perplexed. the problem is why sensors that need to be put in the fridge are normally delivered by mail, especially since I received my order almost 15 days later. I hope that if the sensors were defective that air naturel will do what is necessary so that samples of our indoor air can be redone at their expense.

Small problem. Apparently due to a computer problem, I was not notified of the availability of my order as usual. The Air Naturel team was very reactive. I'll be going to the Mondial Relay point without delay, hoping that the parcel hasn't left.

Satisfactory product. The products fully meet my expectations. Small disappointment: reading the reviews left on the site, I read that the use of softened water is not recommended with the ANTON Blanc Ultrasonic Air Humidifier. I put the question to customer service, who told me that, on the contrary, softened water was preferable for the device. When I received my order, I read in the instructions that it's not advisable to use softened water, which is a bit confusing!
