Customer reviews of AIR AND ME

Easy and trouble-free. The Air Naturel website offers a wide choice of humidifiers. Easy ordering, confirmation by e-mail and announcement of the package's departure, fast and trouble-free delivery, product conforms to specifications. A professional site that gives satisfaction.

Top dehumidifier and delivery. We ordered a dehumidifier at a good price from Air Naturel (on sale). It works very well. We're not far from the advertised 10L/day. It's nice and compact, but we're sorry it's not easier to program. Delivery also went very smoothly. I highly recommend it, better than traditional e-commerce sites.

with air naturel, you can breathe deeply. you can trust air naturel. They are friendly by phone, reliable when a product is not available, you are notified by email immediately. your product is delivered within 2 or 3 days following your order. I recommend this site.

Perfect, fast delivery and correct service. The dehumidifier corresponds well to our expectations. We'll have to wait and see, as we've just received it and it's not working yet.

Decu by the price. Same model 15% cheaper on other sites including delivery. Unfortunately I noticed too late after ordering directly from airnaturel!

Fan . Good product, on-time delivery, correct packaging.

Excellent service. Fast service, precise information on order processing at every stage, fast delivery.

Purchase conforms to the description, impeccable delivery. The dehumidifier works well but is a bit noisy. I thought it was a little more efficient: barely 500ml per day on continuous operation in my bathroom. As for the service, it was perfect. This was my first order from air naturel and I would recommend this very serious site in terms of delivery times. Ordered on Sunday, product received Thursday by parcel post.

A pleasant online sales site. The product range is clear and well documented, the customer service is accessible and very courteous, and delivery is punctual. The various products I've ordered are effective and reliable. Air naturel was a pleasant experience for me.

Very satisfied. The device was well described on the website, was shipped very quickly, arrived in perfect condition, and works just the same.

Perfect for my use. Very good, practical, fairly light, easy to handle. I use it for my damp ground floor. I live in a village house, so I don't hear any noise. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you have to sleep in the same room (e.g. if you're in a studio), despite the 3 different settings.

Very good. Clear site, simple purchase, on-time delivery.

. everything went smoothly. No worries.

RESPECT FOR DEADLINES and GOOD INFORMATION. Very good service from Air Naturel. Deadlines met Bravo

satisfactory . so far nothing to complain about either the delivery or the device itself

A good dehumidifier. The parcel was received on time and the packaging was absolutely correct. One or two minutes to read the start-up document; one day before starting it up to follow the instructions (as for any unit of this type; fridge, freezer) and good operation (more than 2 liters of water in a single day).

I have nothing to say about the products I bought. You should buy the products from air naturel because they are good.

Good experience. Smooth ordering and delivery

efficient, good buy . efficient in. My cellar at 10 degrees only.... To be seen in time now

Efficient, with no surprises... . Hello, this is the second time I've ordered from Air Naturel. The website is simple, efficient and very ergonomic, as is the ordering process. I have nothing to say about the delivery, which took 48 hours. The products are of good quality and correspond to the description on the site. No surprises, so I have no problem recommending Air Naturel. Best regards.

aaaa . aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

A "mixed" experience which in no way detracts from the seriousness of AIR NATUREL . My order took almost a month to be delivered, but once AIR NATUREL became aware of this excessively long delay, they immediately took the necessary steps with the carrier, and the problem was resolved within a few days. My opinion of the Buldair and Buldair junior devices: they're attractive, don't take up much space, are relatively quiet and are very easy to use; I would, however, have preferred their effectiveness as air purifiers to that of essential oil diffusers. It's also a pity that Buldair junior doesn't come with a mains plug (as it's also intended for use in a small children's room). That said, the quality/price ratio of these products in no way makes me regret their purchase, and I'd recommend them without hesitation!

Serious and responsive. I ordered a device, and the shipping time was respected, but delivery problems due to the post office meant that I had to send 3 devices a week apart, the last one by a carrier. That's why I recommend Air Naturel for its reliability and responsiveness.

Very good products, and fast delivery. VERY GOOD . Very good products and fast delivery. VERY GOOD

Very good products. The product itself is superb, works very well and the scents are very pleasant, but for delivery in 48 hours you'll have to iron.

I suffer rhinitis due to my allergy against house dust. I deceided to purchase this product, attracted by its easiness for changing filters. It really works so that I_x000D_am totally satisfied with this.

Ouahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh . Super Product Fast and careful shipping What more can I say? Recommend it!

Perfect service. Everything went smoothly, from the order to delivery and the product itself. Nothing to complain about!

Super . Item conforms to order. Very well packed and fast delivery. Performs its function very well.

fast and efficient; very good service. request for service on a device bought 1 year ago. unfortunately, the product no longer exists, and neither do the replacement parts... product replaced by a newer one (much better) in 1 week. very good site, very good, fast and efficient communication.

Perfect order and delivery. As an asthmatic living in a first-floor apartment overlooking the garden, this device seems to do its job completely, in automatic mode. My quality of life has improved.

Apart from a small stock shortage, delivery was trouble-free and the packaging very correct . Unfortunately, it's too early to assess the product's efficiency and power consumption.

Very good product, delivered on time. This dehumidifier has the advantage of operating at low temperature and is energy efficient. Unlike other models, it tends to slightly heat up the room to be dried. A good long-term investment.

SUPERB DESIGN . SPACE-SAVING HEATER, VERY AESTHETIC, EFFICIENT HEAT, WITH 2 SETTING POSITIONS, BUT NOISY WITHOUT OPTION TO STOP VENTILATION WHICH REMAINS PERMANENT NATURAL AIR SITE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WITH FAST DELIVERY AND EXCELLENT PACKAGING.

Satisfied. I am delighted with my air naturel products, delivery a little expensive but fast.

Nothing to complain about! The site is well designed, order processing is fast and accurate, very fast shipping, nothing to complain about!

Great! Meaco DD8L dehumidifier, very efficient. Delivery within 3 days and quick response to my email for information.

Could do better. The products are satisfactory but the delivery charges are very excessive. I ordered filters and delivery cost me almost half the price of the filters. That's too much!

Cordial and serious after-sales service. Air Naturel replaced my dehumidifier's electric transformer free of charge (except for shipping costs... normal!) two and a half years after purchase, out of warranty, on simple request by e-mail. That's very good business on their part, and I'd like to thank them.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SERIOUS COMPANY. I had an excellent contact with AIR NATUREL, with very clear advice and explanations for the problem to be solved (humidity level too low in a wine cellar). My choice of equipment was based on technical rather than financial considerations. Once I'd been advised which equipment was best suited to my needs, I ordered it over the Internet, and it was delivered on schedule. After commissioning the equipment and running it for a few days, the results were just what I needed. I recommend this company for its reliability.
