I was researching the purchase of a dehumidifier for my unheated garage, and found the air & me site easy to use, thanks to the filters allowing me to select the products that might suit me. Via the "Contact us" tab, I asked for an exchange to validate my choice. I was contacted very quickly and was able to get the answer I was looking for. No response from the after-sales service on my request, as I only received one of the two packages. It's a pity, because the shipment was fast, the product was of high quality (what I received, anyway), and I have no reason to believe that air&me had anything to do with the delivery problem. But no response from the after-sales service to make a complaint to the carrier, which is pretty upsetting.
