Good site, impeccable delivery. No customer service reviews, so that's pretty positive, because it means no problems.

A message was sent from the site telling me that the relay point I had chosen could not receive the parcel. This message was ambiguous and implied that the delivery would be made via another relay point. So I sent a message asking for clarification. No reply. In the end, the delivery was made to my home, but I was not informed.
Fortunately, I was at home.
