In all honesty, I've rarely had the opportunity to be in contact with such competent and pleasant customer service! In view of the current situation, my parcel was returned to them, and they promptly resent the order to me via DHL at their expense within 48 hours, and with each exchange they were pleasant, responsive and qualitative! This was my first order on this site. These are Stadler Form products that I have usually ordered directly from Stadler Form for the past 3 years. The products were not available on the latter site. As I received a promotional e-mail from Air&me, I visited their site and saw that these products were available. So I created an Air&me account and placed my order. I have nothing to say about this site except that it's exactly what I expected.

I had to phone them as I had heard nothing 1 week after ordering. I was informed that one of the items was out of stock. I asked to cancel the out-of-stock item in order to receive the other items. I finally received all my items, even the one that was out of stock.
