Air and Me consistently delivers fast, reliable service with quick delivery and well-packaged orders, as well as clear product information that helps customers choose confidently. Customers praise the product design and compact, quiet operation, noting aesthetically pleasing finishes and devices that fit easily on shelves or bedside tables. They highlight helpful, responsive customer service and practical setup experiences, including easy installation, straightforward connections, and efficient technical support. Overall, reviews emphasize dependable performance, strong delivery reliability, and satisfaction with product quality and appearance.
The products were delivered quickly and efficiently. However, there was a small problem with the delivery, which seems to have been caused by the carrier who delivered 2 non-compliant items... Nevertheless, Air Naturel's after-sales service reacted immediately and efficiently with the carrier, who took back the goods and delivered the right products... The delivery of 2 of the 4 products I had ordered was delayed by just over a week. A small problem well managed by the after-sales service.

The site is very reliable, with fast delivery... I regret, however, that the supply of essential oils is becoming increasingly scarce.

You have to pay close attention if you don't want to make a mistake. It's not easy to go back and correct. But in the event of a problem, the operator is very friendly and efficient.
