High quality dehumidifier, I am amazed by the amount of water collected not to mention the very practical pump to spare me from emptying the tank. I didn't buy this for that but the blower allows drying clothes in 2 hours. The only small downside is the noise level of the device.

Order shipped very quickly but the delivery is really disappointing since the delivery person did not think it was good to ring the bell but sent the package behind the gate, I found it the next day fortunately it didn't rain that night!

Hello, My 4 stars out of 5 are linked to the high price of the HPA filter. Regarding the positives, there is the fact that I can buy this filter as an accessory to maintain my dehumidifier. Delivery is free from €30, it is fast and the 3 HPA filters were very well packaged ;) So a generally positive review and I recommend it for all these reasons. Best regards

-very effective for dehumidification -water tank too small and fills up too much, so difficult to empty without spilling -much, much too noisy to put in a bedroom (too bad for me) even in night mode. The slogan in no way matches the noise produced by the machine.

It would have been 5/5 if it hadn't been for this major problem with the GLS delivery (parcel not delivered to the planned relay point without any mention of the reason, call center ringing in the dark and unreachable a dozen times).
