Good product, . Fast delivery, very quiet but LEDs too bright; instructions a little brief. No difficulty in starting up. The lower humidity level has not yet been reached 10 days after commissioning, but my room must be hungry for water. The instructions are too brief on descaling: what about the filters?

steam humidifier . this device is just what I need: the only small fault is that the tank is a bit small (3l) because the device stops while there's still water inside.

Very satisfied . Good product: very attractive design, blends well into any room and adds a decorative touch. Simple and functional, good autonomy. Warm steam is pleasant in winter. Fast, well-tracked shipment, only downside: delivered to a different relay point from the one requested (but this is a problem with the relay point in question, not the website).

I ordered a hygro at the price of 19 e a bargain but with the reception I note while making my tests that there is an index H or D well for what I wanted to make, I did not have the good one, I recommended a second one at the price of 40 e with index D I THINK THAT IN THE ADVERTISEMENTS, THE DIFFERENCE IS NOT MARQUANTE.

However, to buy it, you really have to want it, I think that the story of the password ect, for a little that you have to start again, then there is the fair because after when you give your email it tells you that you are a person who already has an email so it asks you the password again, but if it did not work at the depar there we get angry. I bought the Blueair 270E in the hope of eliminating the cigarette odours coming from the neighbouring apartments. _x000D__x000D_The air purifier is really very effective, as I haven't smelled any cold tobacco in my home for the 6 days I've been "testing" the device._x000D__x000D_ What's more, the 270E is very quiet at first speed and doesn't disturb me at all when I'm asleep. Higher speeds may be more audible, but they don't last more than 10 minutes. They are triggered only when a dust-generating event occurs (e.g., stirring a comforter causes dust to fly), or if an odor is detected (e.g., cigarettes, cooking).

Very efficient dehumidifier. I am completely satisfied with this appliance. The only drawback is that the tank is not transparent.

Perfect except for the delivery. Quality material but delivery always damaged to the point of tearing the carton. Stadler Form puts a sales box in its own shipping box. Only just saved. Collissimo, the worst delivery service, always damaged. Air Naturel, fast processing, normal collection, quality material. Information requested by telephone actually handled professionally, composition of materials real identification of metals etc.

After 15 days of use, first impressions are confirmed: the air is healthier and no longer smells. What's more, the unit seems very solid and well made. However, the operating LED is too powerful (in a very dark room), and has since been painted black. A 4th speed for a night mode would be desirable, for an ultra-silent mode that's even quieter, even if less efficient.

Still nothing received - Well solved by Airnaturel.com . I ordered a 300 EUR device from air naturel. The purchase went well with no problems. As I live in Belgium, my only option for free delivery was Mondial Relay. I placed my order on January 21, 2014, and today, February 5, I still haven't received anything. The Mondial Relay website does confirm that they received the package on January 24, but since the message on February 1 "Parcel read at wrong relay" I have no more info... Mondial relay is a real nightmare!!! Avoid this carrier! If you search the internet, you'll see that I'm not the only one having problems with these people. Edit 25/02/2014: The problem has been well resolved by the folks at airnaturel.com. After mondial failed to deliver the package for almost a whole month, Airnaturel sent me a new package by Colissimo on 19/02. It arrived the next day. Thank you, airnaturel! As for Mondial Relay: don't trust them. After more than a month, the package is still undelivered.
