I was researching the purchase of a dehumidifier for my unheated garage, and found the air & me site easy to use, thanks to the filters allowing me to select the products that might suit me. Via the "Contact us" tab, I asked for an exchange to validate my choice. I was contacted very quickly and was able to get the answer I was looking for. I was contacted very quickly and was able to get the answer I was looking for. Once the order had been placed, the parcel was dispatched the same day. The packaging was neat and appropriate. The site was easy to navigate, order and deliver. The unit was impeccably protected for transport. I may have gone about it the wrong way, but I was unable to obtain the invoice for the DD8L Junior after receiving the payment receipt.

Easy to find the product I was looking for on the website. Call to the sales department for confirmation that the product comes with a power supply (I didn't see this on the website).

Very good site, very fast delivery. Very neat packaging, friendly delivery person. No problem getting the dehumidifier up and running. The manual is pretty well done. The appliance seems to meet my expectations. I highly recommend it. I haven't tested the WIFI pairing because I don't need it, but it seems to be a bit complicated...
