Serious team! The package got lost between Grenoble and Gap at an intermediate relay point. The team was excellent in tracking the package and offered to go pick it up themselves. Ultimately, Chronopost resumed the delivery by refusing the delivery and the sail arrived the next day.

Response from Air et Aventure
Hello Thomas, we are a bit surprised by your feedback. You only ordered one product, which we also sent to you, and you never complained to our customer service that the order was incomplete. Could you please explain to us why you consider the order to be incomplete?
Best regards, Your Air et Aventure Team

The map arrived with small white dots; either it was poorly printed or poorly prepared for transport.

Response from Air et Aventure
Hello Alexandre,
We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment. At first glance, it seems that there is an issue that occurred during the printing of the map, as it would be surprising if it got stained during transport.
Could you please send us some photos so that we can precisely identify the origin of the problem and, if necessary, proceed with an exchange?
Thank you in advance for your help and understanding.
Best regards,
The Air and Adventure team

Happy to have found what I needed in your establishment, plus, having made a mistake in size, you accepted to proceed with an exchange, and everything went wonderfully well.

Response from Air et Aventure
Good day,
thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that your order was a made-to-order item. You were informed at every step about the status of your order, and we have repeatedly offered you the option of a full refund, which you chose not to take.
Unfortunately, the sales representative responsible for your order suffered a serious health accident, which led to an unintended delay in processing. Despite this extraordinary situation, we have always communicated transparently with you and done everything possible to complete your order as quickly as possible.
We regret that you rated this situation with one star, even though we worked openly, honestly, and with full commitment to process it.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and hope that you are satisfied with the product despite everything.
