I bought a new harnas because of the price and region I could pick it up. Nothing bad to say about the product, all is perfect. It was however very busy in the shop and there was not much time for me. A little more time for me would have been nice.

Very easy for the purchase. Too bad I couldn't change the name to give it as a gift. We also requested a commercial offer (small discount) which was not accepted. Nevertheless, I recommend this site and this store

1 week and a half late on delivery and I had to call to request a refund for the product whose order had been canceled. I don't know if I would have been refunded automatically otherwise... The product received is otherwise compliant.

Response from Air et Aventure
Hello Camille,
Don't worry, the refund was indeed planned, as we indicated to you beforehand.
You just needed to be a little patient, as the delay was related to the banking process.
Thank you anyway for your comment,
See you soon!
Best regards,
The Air and Adventure team
