Good follow-up but be careful if delivery is to Switzerland. It seems that the request was not made correctly, so I have customs fees in addition to the customs tax from the country.

To put things into context, your order was initially scheduled for delivery in Switzerland. You then contacted us to have the shipment sent to an address in France.
We then specified that this change involved the application of French VAT, which is normal for any delivery within the national territory.
Sometimes, some customers think they can avoid this VAT by changing the delivery location after placing the order, but we must strictly adhere to the tax rules applicable to our business.
Every year, we handle several hundred orders to Switzerland without any problems: customs fees and local taxes are always the responsibility of the recipient, as provided by legislation.
In your case, the situation simply arises from the legal framework of exchanges between our two countries, and not from an error on our part.

Very easy for the purchase. Too bad I couldn't change the name to give it as a gift. We also requested a commercial offer (small discount) which was not accepted. Nevertheless, I recommend this site and this store
