The material itself, no problem. But delivered by UPS 2 weeks later with 30 CHF customs fee and 30 CHF UPS fee. For a purchase of 250 CHF. As long as you deliver by UPS, I will not order from you again. Bye

The site is very well made and you can navigate it very easily. In case of a problem, the customer service responds very quickly. There were 2 paintings missing from my received order, and I was refunded without any problem with TWINT.

The order was uncomplicated and arrived quickly, that was the positive. The negative, however, was that a wrong item was packed in my order, the communication is catastrophic as I received no response! The provided email address is invalid (noreply...) I am still waiting for the reshipment since the headquarters of AirbrushDiscount is in France! The team should work on communication with a valid email address and the form should not simply be ignored by them!!!

Order on a Swiss site. No indication of any customs fees, only mentioned on the site but no warning until the moment of paying by TWINT (Swiss payment method) and bam 35.- in customs fees... thank you very much for that...

I have not received my order. The package was shipped with UPS and delivered to a Vinted pickup point, but when I picked it up (luckily the girls from the store were there), the pickup point turned out to be empty. I have contacted you, but I have not received a response yet, so next week I will file a formal complaint.

Humor said. I have filed a complaint in 2 ways that I received a different item than I ordered, and received no response on both. So a customer service of nothing. Fortunately, the other 2 of the 3 ordered items were fine. I also saw later that this happens more often, and also 0.0 response from customer service. For me, enough reason not to order here anymore. Plenty of options that do deliver what you ordered.

There is nothing to say about the products and the speed of delivery. However, I left a message on my order that was completely ignored. (partly my fault). On the other hand, when using .ch addresses, we do not expect to have to pay customs fees... with that it becomes less of a discount.

Fast shipping and the prices are good, unfortunately they made a mistake with one paint, after an exchange with customer service they told me to keep the wrong paint sent, they were supposed to send me the correct product but to this day I still haven't received anything a month after the order, too bad.
