I made an order for 200€ and it was sent by DPD. After a few days I saw that my order had been delivered, but I haven't received anything. I contacted DPD and they told me to contact the store, but I never received any answer from the store. Finally my parcel was delivered by my nice neighbor who lives a few kms away. So neighbor 55, customer service 05, 2 stars because the products are good.

After registering I received an email confirming my registration. So far so good. The problem is that in this email my password was displayed in clear text. I don't see that anywhere else. I need to make a change as soon as possible. Another little problem: my order arrived without the compressor. I had to go through customer service, but it was quickly resolved.

Hello,Usually I am completely satisfied with my discounte airbrush orders and that's why I come back. But this order was very badly packed. This is the first time this has happened. The paints were loose in the Mr Rapid Thinner bottle and the bottle cap was broken. About 20% of the contents of the bottle was lost - on the rest of the order! I advise you to be more careful with the packaging. Otherwise I am satisfied with the order tracking and the products.SincerelyDavid Martin

Products delivered quickly, fairly well protected. AD loses one star because, in my opinion, the aero+compressor pack I bought was incomplete (i.e. I bought an aero with a quick-release coupling... and an air intake hose without the fitting for that same quick connector), and the presentation was misleading. I trusted that everything would be compatible, but it wasn't. I should have been more careful.

For delivery, the site only offers post at over 8E and Chronopost at 12E!!!! (with a promise of delivery the next day before 1pm, well... ok) Items (not very heavy and not very bulky) ordered on Friday afternoon, with delivery by chronopost, arrived at my house on Tuesday!!! i.e. 4 days later.Then it would be honest to specify that even at 12E shipping costs there is no order preparation between Friday afternoon and Monday morning and therefore no point in spending your money on chronopost...Unpleasant feeling of having been cheated.Disappointed.

- Order placed on May 17, 2020 with SMS tracking option at 0.50€ - Still noted as being in preparation on May 26 - I asked by e-mail for an explanation of the delay: NO reply - Order noted as delivered on May 29 -> NOTHING in my box. This is not serious. The delay might be excusable, but the total absence of information for the customer is not, given that Aérographe Discount charges for the tracking service!

I bought an RM250 airbrush, not the most expensive but very good. A small trigger problem from the first try, I was given a tip by putting oil (DIY) the problem is still there. I received a message that a valve had been sent to me, so I'm surprised at the cause of the breakdown... New, given the price, I expected a more serious exchange than DIY.
