Delivery and packaging were fast and reliable. Unfortunately, the wrong color was delivered, which I cannot use. I have tried to reach customer service multiple times - I have not received a response even to this day. I will definitely not order there again!

Received wrong goods and the customer service is not responding

One of the two ordered brushes had an open tip and was therefore unusable.

Allow themselves to deliver unordered products in replacement of others that were indeed requested but are out of stock (without asking for the client's agreement).

I am very disappointed because after almost 3 weeks of waiting and following up with the supplier and the carrier, I still have not received my order. I am promised a response every time I follow up, but still nothing. So it's up to you to decide, but I don't think I will place another order. I am very unhappy; all of this lacks seriousness and professionalism.

The package arrived without a color even though it was marked by the seller that it was inside the package, they refunded my money but now I find myself without the color that if I order it on Amazon costs about 11 euros, communication with the seller was terrible!!!!

Long and laborious delivery with UPS (>1 week delay). I finally had to go pick up the package myself at the sorting center...

GOOD: I love what I bought as I was unable to find it anywhere. And you're shipping to Slovakia. BAD: I don't understand French, so I had to use a translator. Because of that I will likely not purchase again from you, unless you have some specific item that's not available elsewhere.

Product, order speed: nothing to say! However, I had requested information about the product via an email, but I did not receive a response. I still ordered the product and fortunately it perfectly matched my needs.

A disastrous delivery, where I was left abandoned and where I managed to resolve the issue with the delivery person. No commercial gesture offered. One customer lost.

item arrived at destination partially empty, it lost its contents in the box probably because it was not closed properly or damaged at the cap.

Package not received and fanciful responses when calling

One of the paint cans was delivered to me without the lid. One could assume that it has already been used, handled, or something else.

Error with one of the bottles I ordered in the tanned skin set and received in a plastic bag instead of the specific box I should have received.

Vallejo white paint replaced by old white. And Vallejo red paint replaced by a much cheaper "Prince August" without any consultation or compensation. So I am being sold paint at twice the price and this sub-brand is terrible, which is why I hadn't chosen it.

I had requested a tax exemption because in Switzerland, which was not done, and therefore I had to pay the French VAT of 20% + the Swiss VAT of 8.2% plus processing fees !!!!!!

Hello, what order?

The product I ordered was out of stock at the time of delivery but not at the time of ordering; I have doubts about the inventory management.

One nozzle arrived broken. No information on the assembly of the nozzles. The needle and nozzle do not work well, it's not really adaptable.

So I only give 3 stars because the delivery (promised in 48h) was a real disaster (first order for me). Why use UPS even nowadays? More than a week of waiting, without any real information about what was happening. The package stayed 6 days 20 km from my home. I placed another order since then, we'll see how long it takes this time. For the price, it was more expensive than on another competing site but since a fast delivery was promised, I preferred to pay a little more... I regret it now because the promise was not kept.

It is easy to handle.

Disappointed by the presentation of the H & S ULTRA 2024 airbrush for the following reasons: 1- Back part unscrewed 2- Trigger sticks and does not always go to the end of the stroke 3- Needle stuck in the nozzle. After unlocking it, it gets stuck from time to time. It was mounted too tightly from the start and is still a bit damaged 4- The molded plastic in the box is slightly torn. I think this is a second-hand item. Well done Harder & Steenbeck. I repaired everything myself. I bought a Gaahleri Mobius 0.2mm on the same day, it's day and night, class. Delivery is not great, few options for pickup points, As for the ordered product, I do not recommend it. Not very effective against acrylic inks, doesn't clean much, it just lubricates. Nothing to do with the one I usually use.

I did not receive the ordered goods to the extent that I had ordered. The seller changed the order without my consent and shipped it to me. As a result, I incurred additional costs because I had to order the undelivered goods elsewhere.

Having already placed a number of orders and despite forgetting to ship 2 out of 17 references paid for (Vallejo paints), the team finally sent me the missing refs (good response from after-sales service) after a few technical hiccups that were quickly corrected. I'd like to thank the team for their responsiveness. I recommend this site

Product already ordered several times . The bottom size and the top size are much cheaper than the size I ordered ....product fine line fbs red ....

There was an error in my order. I did not receive the right jar.

A disappointing experience, For a first order, I am surprised and disappointed by the lack of follow-up. I ordered an airbrush on January 20, with delivery scheduled for January 23. However, on January 27, still nothing. After a first contact with customer service, I was informed that my package would ship on the 28th. On February 3, there was still no trace of my order. After several calls, I was told that my package had been lost. A new one was supposedly reserved for me and was supposed to ship express on Monday the 10th. However, on February 12, having received no tracking number, I called again: I was told that my new package still hadn't been shipped. It was only on February 13 that I finally received my airbrush, more than three weeks after my order. No commercial gesture to compensate for this delay that impacted my work. It's a shame, because the product itself meets my expectations.

Although ALL the items in my order were marked as "available", my order took 18 DAYS to arrive! (the site states "Same day shipping for orders placed before 9 AM. Enjoy real stock that is constantly updated on the website."). Aérographe Discount did not inform me of the problem and I had to contact their support twice, each time receiving a LACONIC RESPONSE and NO APOLOGY for not honoring the commitments displayed! I do not recommend this provider who, moreover, offers the HIGHEST PRICES identified in the consumer airbrushing sector. PS: I am forced to give one star, reluctantly!
