Long preparation time for a Chronopost in 13h, I put that on the back of covid19. Otherwise great. For a 0.3mm kit, send it by bubble mail, it'll be more ecological than a box where you can put about twenty 0.3mm kits.

- Order placed on May 17, 2020 with SMS tracking option at 0.50€ - Still noted as being in preparation on May 26 - I asked by e-mail for an explanation of the delay: NO reply - Order noted as delivered on May 29 -> NOTHING in my box. This is not serious. The delay might be excusable, but the total absence of information for the customer is not, given that Aérographe Discount charges for the tracking service!
