parcel arrived fairly well packed, but much later than i expected. ordered on the 7th and delivered on the 21st. the parcel was noted as being in preparation for most of this time, with no explanation. as i continued to surf the site, i understood that there must be some paint missing. I could have called to find out, but is it up to the person ordering to call to find out where the order is, or up to the sender to inform me that delivery will be delayed? I'll probably order other products again because I wasn't penalized too much, but anyway.
