Unfortunately, apart from the products sold, which are obviously of good quality, and the speed with which orders are processed, aerographediscount never replies to emails, let alone requests for quotes. It's a site that sells, and that's that. Don't look for advice here, just buy and that's it.

Always friendly on the phone. Valuable help and advice. On the other hand, it's unfair to charge €8 for 3 tiny rubber seals that would have fit in a small envelope and were lost at the bottom of a 30cm3 package that could have contained a chicken!

Two products whose photos do not match. Two poorly sealed products, one of which spilled during transit. Products replaced without consultation. It's a bit too much not to mention and a shame, because it spoils the service, which is generally good, fast and secure.

I made an order for 200€ and it was sent by DPD. After a few days I saw that my order had been delivered, but I haven't received anything. I contacted DPD and they told me to contact the store, but I never received any answer from the store. Finally my parcel was delivered by my nice neighbor who lives a few kms away. So neighbor 55, customer service 05, 2 stars because the products are good.
