the delivery was correct and fast. although, i missed a ups tracking code, to be informed when the parcel arrives in the pick up store. i asked 2 times for it, but anyhow did not get any answer from airbrush discount. i drove to the pick up store by myself and they told me the parcel is already days there and would have been even returned the next day.

A small problem with a needle that arrived damaged due to faulty packaging. Fortunately, customer service was responsive and understanding. A new needle was sent back to me immediately. The shipment was fast and the packaging meticulous.
