To provide a technical clarification regarding your Orion model: since it is a setup on a single-seater racing car, it happens that the play of the output shaft or the pinion has been modified compared to the original dimensions in order to meet the extreme constraints of racing. This explains the initially very precise and tight adjustment on the 21 grooves of your disc.
We are pleased that your mechanical expertise allowed for the necessary adjustment to be made and that the setup is now successfully finalized.

I ordered a gasket kit for Solex 32 PBIC. Only part of the gaskets fit. I find myself having to buy another gasket kit because the diaphragm of the accelerator pump does not match. Moreover, the different jets provided with my kit have a larger diameter than the original.

No small elbow on the hose like on the original one, it is too short on the upper part, I had to cut a piece of the old one and sleeve it to be able to mount it on my Acadiane, the diameter on the carb side is really small and it's a big hassle to mount it, it has already jumped three times despite the clamp. very disappointed

Only 2 of the 3 seals present in the 2 PN0000595 kits ordered were usable to recondition my C15 brake distributors. I had to keep the 2 original large cups from each distributor because the new large cups present in the kits had too much play.
