Unfortunately, the first order did not go as planned. Some ordered products were missing from the package. I noticed the problem, the response was quick, and I hope to receive the missing products as soon as possible.

Well received the package; for the original marine magnesium I have been using it for quite a while to find it in a biocoop; for the joint magnesium I am discovering it; in both cases I am surprised by the flavors, my preference goes for products without flavors. Thank you. AC

I take your products. You included a selenium spirulina product as a gift with an expiration date of 12/25!

I received my package with the end of October offer - I am delighted with the content of the products however the delivery was long - (Guérande to Brittany) - More than 2 weeks - However, I was on vacation at my parents' - I finally received the package which apparently, according to the post office, was lost. I hope this experience is not common, otherwise, we should consider another means of transport. That said, the experience does not tarnish the quality of your products - Thank you

Products always effective but the package arrived damaged. Some ampoules were broken. Maybe putting a fragile sticker on the package would help the delivery person be more careful.

Response from Algosource
Hello, we are sorry that some ampoules arrived broken. Please feel free to take a photo of the package upon arrival so that we can make a complaint to the delivery service. The 'fragile' sticker on packages will be standardized for shipments. Thank you for your trust!

Very good products. A first test for magnesium joints. The good Sea Waters against fatigue and mobility discomfort. And the indispensable original Spirulysat that has been part of my life for over 15 years.

The package arrived damaged externally. Of the 6 boxes, 2 were slightly crushed. But the ampoules were intact. However, it was clearly marked fragile. I took a photo with my mobile. I could only send them from another mobile.

Extremely fast delivery but I admit that for the discount points it is not practical. You have to buy a product of the same amount as the points and therefore make at least 2 orders...
