Improve the quality of the jug, perhaps glass would be better.

Everything is excellent. Except for one detail, it might not be a bad idea to update the installation instruction booklet, which does not match the steps to follow in assembling the two water filters. Aside from this, everything else is correct.

I have had the jug for three years. It is durable, comfortable, and the water is great. The filter orders arrive from one day to the next. Everything is perfect.

The assembly of the filter is very simple. It's a nice detail that you included a spare cotton filter. On the first use, my older daughter didn't get red rashes on her back nor did her eyes sting like before having this filter. We like that it is made in Spain. We leaned towards buying this filter because we have the Alkanatur jug for 2 years and we even take it on vacation. Thank you!

I bought the device that filters water directly from the tap (it's from another company) and without a doubt, I like the Alkanatur jug infinitely more (one filter serves to filter more liters of water, which means it needs to be changed later, saving money). I haven't noticed any change in the taste of the water obtained directly from the tap compared to the one drunk from the jug. I especially like that the filtration is done with an organic product.

I'm working on it. I hope it really is beneficial for my body and consequently for my health. As a note, I would say that when filling the jug, the lid does not stay open by itself.

We are delighted with the jug!!! We notice a big difference in the water. We even feel like drinking more than before. For me, it's like drinking spring water. I am very grateful.

The quality of the jug is disappointing. It is a material that can easily break with a fall or hit. Some filters do not fit well in the jug and when you pour the water, they move and water spills everywhere.

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. We hope you enjoy the product a lot. Regarding the material, being 100% toxic-free plastic, it does not contain hardeners, which are usually chemicals that make the plastic toxic. Nevertheless, it seems to be a more fragile plastic because it is thinner than other jugs that do add hardeners, but it is a resistant material for the use of this type of products.

A 10! Besides how comfortable and fast it is to filter the water (I come from a filter that took a long time), their customer service is sensational. The water suits me very well, which normally didn't happen. I am very happy.
