Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
The attention was wonderful. I asked to replace a lid of the water jug because the mechanism where the water is poured had broken, and they sent it to me at no cost and very quickly. I am very grateful. Of course, I recommend the products I have from the brand one hundred percent.

This is the 2nd time I place an order and 2 days later you launch discounts, I feel like a fool!!!!!! it makes you lose the desire to keep buying from you.

I wish we could do something in these cases! But that's how promotions work: they are specific campaigns and cannot be applied to already placed orders.
To avoid this happening again, we recommend keeping an eye on the newsletter.

Water is life. A large part of our composition is water. So I like to take care of the quality of the water I drink. And the pitcher is a great help.

I do not like the absorption system at all, it swallows a lot of air. Also, the filter releases little black balls that you end up ingesting. Furthermore, you never get to consume the water from the bottle, as the filter does not reach the bottom. Very dissatisfied with the purchase.

Both the order and the delivery were up to standard, the jug is perfect but they should include in it the means to calibrate the quality of the filtered water and thus know when the filter no longer works, because I have no proof that what I bought is actually what they offer me.

I have ordered the new filters and very well. The tap water often tastes bad and with the filters it seems like bottled water but with the advantage that you don't pollute with plastic bottles.

Well, the product is very good. But the shipping is terrible. When you pay, you receive confirmation of the payment, but no estimated arrival date, no shipping reference, no transport company... nothing. Also, it takes about 10 days for a national shipment! I feel bad that companies like Amazon are taking market share from them, but there are reasons!
