Very satisfied with the products, both the shower filter and the jug, after more than a year with the shower filter I can say it has improved my hair, skin, and improvements that I may not perceive but my body will appreciate!

I have rated the filter very poorly because the only thing it does is reduce water pressure. They ask me to evaluate the product and I do, and the response I get is that this is not the place to say that, to talk to customer service. Okay. And if I talk to customer service, will they refund my money? Because if so, I will withdraw the criticism, while not because it is you who asked for my opinion, I did not put it for free. And by the way, they have not made it public. That says a lot. Who only publishes good reviews........
