Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
I have acquired the Alkanatur Drops pitcher and the 50000-liter shower filter. Both my partner and I are very happy and enjoying quality water. No more buying bottled water and feeling secure about what we drink. We will always trust the Alkanatur team.

Good purchase, the only objection is the small top lid of the jug that is not very resistant and solid.

Hello Rocío, we regret your review. However, we see in the system that your order from Friday 30/01 was shipped the next working day after your purchase, and it was out for delivery on Tuesday 03/02. We see that there were problems with the delivery and you finally picked it up at a pickup point. We regret that it didn't arrive earlier, but if there is any problem with the delivery such as absence, we cannot do anything... We hope you are enjoying the product and thank you for your purchase. Hello, When opening the package, the lid that opens for the water to fall fell off and broke on one side. It has been like this from the very beginning. I can place it, but it is broken. I consider it too delicate, as it simply fell on the countertop and a small side tab broke. In summary, the product is new, but with that defect from the start.

I love the filter, when using it you feel your hair softer and your skin too, another thing I have noticed is that when showering with the filter, the smells of the shower gel and shampoo last longer on the body. My daughters have loved it too, I also recommended it to my family to buy!!!

I am delighted. The water tastes good to me, the infusions are much better. Nothing to do with the jugs brand b****. It's worth it. I notice that since I started using it, I drink more. I can't yet talk about other types of benefits that might be noticeable from eliminating so many toxins from the water.

I have been using the Alkanatur jug for 8 years and I will continue for many more. I live in the Levante Almeriense and the water that comes out of the tap is undrinkable, in fact I need to do two filtrations for the taste of the water to disappear. But it compensates me, as I get water of superior quality to bottled water, I save a lot of plastic and money, as it is cheaper for me to use the jug than to buy "mineral" water.
