We are very happy with the quality of the water and the pressure. It is important for us that the water (and everything) is free of chemicals (due to Multiple Chemical Sensitivity) and this filter achieves that. Moreover, it is very easy to install. Without a doubt, a very good purchase.

We bought it to reduce the intake of microplastics and drink water without a chlorine taste. It is easy to use and maintain. Clean water in no time, always available. We also use the water for cooking. A good purchase without a doubt, first of all, our health.

I like the product but I had to call because it was taking a long time to arrive and from the time I placed the order until it went to the distributor 2 or 3 days passed, I understand it should have been in 24 hours. I am also not surprised that the survey is now being sent 3 or 4 months after the purchase. I believe the quality of the product deserves a faster and more careful service.

We are very happy with the quality of the water. The taste is excellent and the pH is ideal. The order said that the pH test strips would arrive but they never did. And another thing we are not happy with is the small lid on the top of the jug, it comes off very easily and is very flimsy.
