I was surprised by the taste of the water compared to other brands I had tried in the past and of course the safety conveyed by the studies that support it.

I think it is an economical and easy system to obtain healthy water. It gives a lot of peace of mind that the benefits are backed by scientific research. They have a customer service that works very well, I had several doubts that they resolved very satisfactorily. I recommend the jug for all those who care about their health.

The shower filter, super easy to install, and when testing it, there is a huge difference in the water. In the before and after. When showering, you can tell that there is no smell that the water used to have and my skin didn't turn red. And my hair felt super good. The jug filter, very easy to install and the water tastes great. Everything is great! I am super happy to be able to improve since I have many illnesses and this is another step towards my improvement.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY PACKAGE YET
Translated reviews
Response from Alkanatur
Hello Belén, we regret your dissatisfaction, but the transport is doing everything possible to deliver your package. The order was shipped on October 30th and was already out for delivery on the 31st. We see that on the 31st there was an attempt to deliver in the morning but it was unsuccessful. A new delivery attempt was made in the afternoon and it was also not possible. On Friday, being a holiday, it did not go out for delivery again, and over the weekend the transport does not deliver. Today it is out for delivery again, for the third attempt, so we hope that this time it can be delivered without any issues. We recommend staying alert to your mobile phone as the carriers usually call beforehand to ensure their delivery. Best regards and thank you for your purchase.
