Hello Belén, we regret your dissatisfaction, but the transport is doing everything possible to deliver your package. The order was shipped on October 30th and was already out for delivery on the 31st. We see that on the 31st there was an attempt to deliver in the morning but it was unsuccessful. A new delivery attempt was made in the afternoon and it was also not possible. On Friday, being a holiday, it did not go out for delivery again, and over the weekend the transport does not deliver. Today it is out for delivery again, for the third attempt, so we hope that this time it can be delivered without any issues. We recommend staying alert to your mobile phone as the carriers usually call beforehand to ensure their delivery. Best regards and thank you for your purchase.

I like the taste of filtered water, and what I dislike is the jug, the plastic has become rough on the inside of the jug, it is very unpleasant, I hope that later you will have a glass jug.

The plastics are very bad, the lid doesn't work well, it gets stuck and when it comes off it gets moldy and dries every day, I ordered a new one and it also gets stuck where the water comes out.

Our delivery times, as indicated on our website, are between 1 and 5 business days. In the Terms of Sale, we also detail that: "Unless otherwise stated, products will be delivered within a period of between 1 and 5 business days. Orders placed on business days before 3 PM will be shipped on the same day. Those placed after 3 PM will be sent the following business day." That is to say, your order was processed the next business day, Thursday the 10th, and sent for transport. The tracking was created on the same day, which you can check both in your customer profile and in the email you receive with the information. From what we can see in the update of your shipment tracking, it is out for delivery today from early morning, so it will probably arrive throughout the day. That is to say, since the order was processed, it has gone out for delivery on the third business day, meeting our delivery times.
