I have not received the shipment because the customer service of Correos Express is terrible and there is no way to request a change of address or delivery date. I don’t know where the jug is

It demineralizes the water.

Response from Alkanatur
Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. Our jug does not demineralize the water. It removes toxins, but not the natural minerals from the water. Additionally, it adds magnesium, so it still mineralizes more. With the pH reagent included in the pack, you can test the pH between the filtered water and tap water, or for example, bottled water and see the differences. If you have any questions about the product or how to perform the test, contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone and we will gladly assist you. Best regards.

Overall good, but I have been using the jug for a year and there are residues stuck at the bottom that cannot be cleaned. I do not know if it is magnesium or residues of carbon from the filter. I have tried soaking it with vinegar and baking soda with no results.

It can surely be improved, the price. I think there is room and for the average consumer, it is an expensive product.

I would like it to filter more than a liter. For a family, it is a bit small.

The product is of excellent quality. You should improve the messaging. I cannot track my order and I also cannot place my order at a pickup point previously on the Alkanatur page.

We did not like the taste of the water. It's a shame because we had high expectations due to the amount of studies it had and the good comments, but none of the family liked the taste. I understand that taste is a very subjective matter, but it is sad to buy a product and not end up using it because it does not meet your expectations.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you do not like the taste of the water and the product does not suit you. Taste is a more personal matter, that is true. In any case, remember that you have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We will contact you to either find another solution, perhaps with the low magnesium emission filter that might suit you better, or if not, process the return of the product.
