I would have appreciated instructions for changing the filter. I doubted whether it was defective because no air came out when submerged and the water didn't come out dark like other times...

Thank you for your feedback and for your purchase. In the first filtrations, it may have a taste of magnesium, which is very latent when freshly opened. After 3/4 filtrations, the taste becomes neutral. We hope you enjoy the product a lot.

The lid of the jug broke very quickly although I am delighted with its filtered water. And the shower filter, the first one filtered very well and I noticed that the water did not stain the screen and my skin either, but as soon as I made the first filter change it was no longer the same, it must not fit well and the water is noticeable.

It is just a superficial suggestion. I would like the jug to be made of glass and have a wooden lid that would better match the aesthetics of my kitchen... But otherwise, I am delighted with the jug. I also don't see the need for the plastic bottle since I am reducing plastics in my kitchen and that bottle is unnecessary for me, on the contrary, I would have liked instead of that to have the Chlorine reagent which would be great for measuring the concentration in the different places I visit.
