After 5 days without news from the GLS carrier or Alkanatur, I wrote to Alkanatur and it turned out that the order had not been delivered to the transport agency. No one from the company contacted me for the delivery. They went in the morning and I was not there. I still do not have the order after 10 days. I have requested by phone that it be taken to a parcel shop and we will see if I can finally pick it up after 10 days. I bought the borosilicate glass jug after using the plastic one for a year to switch to glass and I see that the tank where the water goes is plastic again. Plastic that even when washing it by hand with a very soft sponge scratches completely on the first wash. The purchasing process is an authentic disaster because the shipping is through Correos. That company never delivers the packages, at least in my area. They make a hang-up call to justify that they have been there, something completely false because I was at home waiting, causing a 24/48 hour shipment to take 1 week.
