After 9 days of waiting I canceled the order. A disaster

The jug should be faster or easier to fill, it is necessary to fill it 2 times

I have the jug and the filter for the shower. With the jug, I notice the water is cleaner and has a neutral taste, I like it. Regarding how to fill it, I would have liked the lid where you fill it to be able to stay open, because you have to hold it with your finger. At home, we made a "fix" with a rubber band tied, but the design could improve that aspect. As for the filtering, it is quite fast and worth using. Now traveling, instead of buying plastic bottles, we take the jug with us.

Very dissatisfied with the delivery. Neglected and the delivery company did not do their job correctly.

For now, I don't like it much. I had bought it mainly because of the lime, and it turns out it leaves everything whiter than before, the shower screen, faucets, etc.

I love the filter, good performance and taste, but I need information about remineralization: amount and format of the added minerals, added dry residue, etc.

I have placed an order for a jar. 2 weeks later it still hasn't been delivered. On 22-06-2026, GLS sent an email saying they would make the delivery. I was home all day and on 23-06-2026 I received another email saying that I have to go pick up the jar at a delivery point for being absent from my home. They did not knock on my door. They also did not call me on the phone......GLS lies and does not do their job.

At first, the company seems serious and the purchasing process has been easy. The shipping was also fast. However, I made an inquiry through their website and have not received a response.

The jug spills water when you tilt it to fill another bottle or a glass

I did not receive any notice until the day before receiving the order, which made me not know where the package was for 10 days. When I buy from Alkanatur, I usually receive my order in 2 days. This time it took 10 without receiving any type of information about the delay in delivery.

I have ordered two jars and I have only received 1. I sent a message on Monday to report the problem. The answer was an apology for any inconvenience and that the pitcher would be sent as soon as possible. Today we are Friday and I haven’t yet received a message of any shipment. It doesn’t have to take a week to send the missing jar! It was the first time that I placed an order after a recommendation from a friend but honestly I am very disappointed.

I like it a lot. The glass one spills a little water when tilting it over the glass, but the plastic one works perfectly.

My opinion about Alkanatur is positive, but they should change shipping companies because GLS, instead of delivering the order to my home, left it at a pickup point because it was more convenient for them. Without consulting and without prior notice (we were at home, so they cannot excuse themselves by saying that no one was at home). Because of that negligence from GLS, it took me several days to have the order since the pickup point where they left it was not convenient for me.

I have bought before, but during all the promotion days on the website it was impossible to add anything to the cart, it got blocked and nothing could be added... after the promotions ended and returned to the normal price, coincidentally it can be added and bought perfectly. What a scam the promotion periods are.

I am having difficulty getting a proper response from the technical service.

Just to comment that GSL does not deliver to the doors of apartments in buildings without elevators, they ask you to go down and pick it up at the building's door, which is a problem for people with reduced mobility. The bad note goes to the transport company, the product is excellent.

I do not know to what extent everything the jug does is real, but I do notice the change in taste. What I do not like is the quality of it, the plastic seems fragile, and it accumulates a lot of dirt.

The jug is ideal, but the top part for pouring the water is too small, only a little amount comes in and you have to wait for it to filter to fill it more. What a shame.

The order arrived on time and in good condition

I ordered a replacement filter for my jug, I received a complete jug, with its corresponding replacement. I informed them of the error. And besides not thanking me (which for me would have been easier to stay quiet and keep the jug worth seventy-something euros), they told me I had to wait for them to come pick up the jug and deliver the filter. I mentioned that I urgently needed the filter, since the error was theirs and the filter inside the jug is the same as the one I had ordered, if I could keep that filter and return the jug, as I obviously did. But gentlemen from Alkanatur, first you thank the customer for reporting the error, and then, the customer should have as few inconveniences as possible. In summary, negligent in order preparation, unkind and unhelpful.

Products and very correct service

The order took quite a while to arrive. When I inquired about it, the response was quite rude.

I bought the shower filter. The water pressure is so low that you have to shower with a trickle, and that way no one can shower.

There is an improvement in the water, however, at the beginning of the filter change it does not taste very good and you have to wait a week for the bad taste to go away.
