Customers praise Alkanatur for clear improvements in water quality and taste, noting that filters make water feel purer on the skin, remove flavors like chlorine, and improve daily drinking water. They highlight practical, user-friendly features: easy installation, fast and efficient shipping, attractive glass jugs, and reliable filtration that reduces plastic bottle usage and waste. The support experience is consistently commended, with several mentions of helpful, responsive service and after-sales assistance. Overall, buyers express satisfaction with product performance, design aesthetics, and the positive impact on daily hydration.
My experience with Alkanatur is better when the filter has been used for a few days. At first, it has a taste that I don't quite like. In general, I appreciate being able to drink water that doesn't taste good straight from the tap. Without Alkanatur, I would have to resort to mineral water, wasting countless useless plastic bottles.

Thank you for your rating! In the first filtrations, a metallic aftertaste can be appreciated due to the magnesium, which is very latent at the beginning, it's simply that :) once a couple of filtrations have passed, the taste is neutralized. Best regards

Excellent, you can notice it on the skin from day 1... more softness and hydration. To those who complain about the price (and I understand that the economy and the situation are difficult), remember that a small company does not have the same possibilities as a large one. Costs are usually higher for them in purchasing materials and ingredients and even for research and development. Let's appreciate the effort made by this Spanish company! gratitude!!1

I have had many filter jugs and without a doubt this is the one that has surprised me the most, the tap water has no taste when filtered, it's like drinking spring water, my second surprise was when I tested the alkalinity of the water which was 9, I definitely recommend this fantastic Alkanatur jug.

Very good experience both in the purchasing and delivery process, which was very fast, as well as with the jug. It is very easy to use, the water tastes better, and it is much more alkaline. Additionally, you can check with the small kit they give you to test the water before and after filtering.

I really like the product and the after-sales service is excellent. But they should add the instructions again when we buy the filters. I was told they used to do it and since people didn't read them, they stopped doing it since they are on YouTube, but I think it is much faster and more effective to have the instructions in the same box. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We will take the detail into account, although yes, as we mentioned, to avoid waste and as a gesture to the environment, we have stopped adding them in the filter box. If you have any questions, you can always contact us and we will send you information on what is needed to help you with any issue :) . Best regards and thank you again for your purchase.
