Alkanatur's after-sales service is impeccable and super fast! I bought a first Alkanatur glass jug and everything was perfect. The second one arrived with a small defect, but the customer service was excellent. They took care of everything immediately and sent me a replacement one very quickly. It's a pleasure to buy from companies that respond so well to unforeseen events. Totally recommended!

We prefer to filter the water, purify it. With Alkanatur we have more peace of mind in consumption. For now we cannot do renovations at home, it is old and we do not know the condition of the pipes, what material they are, the water distribution system, ... It gives us peace of mind and is more enjoyable

The water tastes good and I trust that all the residues that are announced will be eliminated. I cannot verify that. I would ask that the instructions be printed on white paper, because on blue it looks nice, but it is not easy to read. Also, the sticker should have a slot that allows the adhesive to be peeled off.

The purchasing process is an authentic disaster because the shipping is through Correos. That company never delivers the packages, at least in my area. They make a hang-up call to justify that they have been there, something completely false because I was at home waiting, causing a 24/48 hour shipment to take 1 week. If they continue to work exclusively with Correos, their brand image will be affected. I have completely lost my enthusiasm for the jug. If it is not an absolutely exceptional product, I will return it.
